Geneva Nursing Home Welcomes New Dietary Supervisor

Geneva, Ohio - We want to welcome Jackie to Pine Grove as our Dietary Supervisor! Jackie is a Certified Dietary Manager and transferred to Pine Grove in February of this year. She has been an essential and valued team member since. The care and dedication she has given our residents have been remarkable. Within the first month of being here, Pine Grove staff have raved about her ability to handle any situation and ability to make someone's day, whether it be running to the store to accommodate a special request or jumping in any department that needs help. For our quarterly staff breakfast, Jackie jumped right in and offered to cook the meal and provide anything that was needed. She creates a Dietary department that is communicative and resident oriented where everyone in the department knows she is there to help and has proven this by jumping into any position needed that day or just simply offering to help the cooks make the meal so they can take a break. We welcome her experience and kindness and couldn't be happier to have her here at Pine Grove!
