Happy National Activities Professional Week!

In celebration of Activities Week, our dedicated team at Pine Grove is being honored with a special catered meal, cake, and well-deserved recognition. Jamie, our wonderful Activities Director, is known for organizing fantastic outings and activities, earning a deep appreciation from both residents and colleagues. She is always coming up with new and amazing activities, keeping everyone on their toes. Alongside her fantastic team, Jamie transforms our facility into a hub of excitement, constantly surprising residents with activities. There's nothing our Activity Department can't do!

Cindy Boggs, our talented Activities Assistant, is known for her phenomenal artistry, particularly her impressive chalkboard creations. With over two decades of dedication to activities, Cindy's artistic flair and commitment shine through. Annette, our Transportation/Activities Assistant, is recognized for her warm, supportive, and professional approach, creating meaningful connections with residents during transportation. The entire Activities Team will enjoy new t-shirts and a well-deserved day off, while various department heads step in to lead activities while they are out.

Residents express their love for activities, highlighting favorites like jewelry-making, trivia, money bingo, and cornhole. The amount of work and thought that goes into everything they do truly reflects how much they care about each resident. One co-worker shared, “They went above and beyond during the holidays. Each resident had a gift personal to them. You could tell a lot of effort had gone into Christmas. The facility looked really nice and there were a ton of smiles at the gift party."

Our dedicated Activities Team at Pine Grove Healthcare works tirelessly to bring joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents. Their creativity and compassion play such a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Thank you for making each day so special!
