Meet our Team: Director of Nursing

We are excited to introduce our Director of Nursing Elizabeth Byers.

Beth started as our nursing supervisor on day shift and quickly moved into our Assistant Director of Nursing position in September of 2020. She has excelled in every new responsibility that has come her way. This is no surprise as she is a second-generation Director of Nursing, following in her mother's footsteps. When Beth was little, she used to come to work frequently with her mom and has literally been training for this position her whole life.



In her time as Assistant Director of Nursing she shined in more ways than one. Her rapport with staff, passion for making sure the residents are happy, nursing expertise and dedication has consistently impressed us. In a year filled with uncertainty Beth has helped our residents and staff feel grounded. There is never a question as to whether she will be there for us, she always is. She has jumped on the floor for day shift and jumped on the floor for night shift. Beth is an advocate for our residents and our staff. Her ability to see all sides of a situation and not just look at one point of view is outstanding. It is clear to see why she is now our Director of Nursing and we know and have already seen her excel at that as well.
