Pine Grove Heroes: Nicole

Geneva, Ohio - Our hero of the day today is Nicole. She joined us in July of 2014 as an STNA. She is currently Administrative Staff/Nurse Scheduler and newly the front desk screener! In between her scheduling position, she also still works as an STNA and most recently offered to help in Housekeeping when needed. The rapport she has with the residents is truly something to be admired and her willingness to help with whatever is needed during this time to keep our residents and staff safe is amazing! Our facility is lucky to have her.
