Pine Grove Names Employee of the Year
December 18, 2019Please meet Pine Grove Healthcare's Employee of the year, Missy!
Missy has been with the company since 1996 and is going on her 24th year.
Her passion for cooking, caring demeanor and humor are just a few of the things we cherish about her. After asking her some questions regarding her position here at Pine Grove, we learned that she was trained as a cook when she started at Grand Valley Country Manor and also taught herself a lot along the way.
When she started at Pine Grove, the facility kitchen was brand new! She has enjoyed her time at Pine Grove and feels like Pine Grove is her home. She loves the residents and seeing their faces when they tell her how much they enjoyed their meals.
When Missy isn't serving our residents, she is at home serving up food at her end of summer bash for friends and family! She enjoys bonfires, four-wheeling, and, most of all, spending time with her grandkids. We could not be more appreciative of everything Missy does for our residents and staff. She is more than deserving of this award.
