TOGETHER we are STRONG

It is so inspiring to see how each care team embodies the vision of our founder and nursing home developer, Brian Colleran, to be "A Culture of Care."

Geneva, Ohio - Crystal Brown, an amazing STNA and leader at Pine Grove in Geneva, Ohio, sent me the above pictures of her Care Team. Crystal said, "Taking this photo was a team effort. Activities decorated our building beautifully. In the morning meeting, the team wanted to do something special to reflect our compassion for our residents and our community. During that meeting, I suggested the team take a photo to show how our Culture of Care unites our team here at Pine Grove. Even through these trying times, "TOGETHER we are STRONG."

I couldn't be more proud of our Care Team members! You have always been an inspiration and a light. I guess it's just more noticeable now that it's a little darker out there. Keep shining!
